“We are honored to welcome Ryan as a member of our Board of Directors,” commented Tim Reed, Chief Executive Officer of Lynx. “His years of service at the intersection of defense, government, and industry will enable him to share key insights and perspectives with Lynx as we accelerate our strategy of providing modular, open, robust, and mission-critical software solutions to clients across aerospace, defense, and critical infrastructure end-markets.”
“The Department of Defense and clients in the aerospace and defense end-markets are increasingly looking to standardize on open architecture, high-performance software solutions that provide the highest levels of reliability and cybersecurity to keep pace with an ever-evolving threat environment,” said McCarthy. “Lynx’s unwavering commitment to the mission-critical requirements of the aerospace and defense end-markets and its unique product portfolio position it to successfully meet the market demand, and I look forward to working with Tim, the Lynx management team, and OceanSound Partners to help accelerate Lynx’s growth strategy.”
“Ryan brings a unique combination of experiences inside and outside of government, which will greatly advance Lynx’s efforts to educate the market about the benefits that modular and open commercial software solutions can deliver to aerospace and defense customers,” said Joe Benavides, Managing Partner of OceanSound.
