Jason is a Principal at OceanSound Consulting where he focuses on sales and business development optimization activities across the OceanSound portfolio companies. Prior to joining OceanSound in 2024, Jason was the COO of GDS Link. Previously, he was a Portfolio Operations Executive at Serent Capital, leading value creation initiatives at the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to that, he was a leader in the Marketing and Sales and TMT practices at McKinsey & Company. Jason began his career as an engineer and worked in technology in Silicon Valley.
