Adam is a Vice President at OceanSound Consulting where he focuses on M&A integration and strategic programs across the OceanSound portfolio companies. Prior to joining OceanSound in 2025, Adam was a Manager in West Monroe’s M&A practice, focusing on integrations and value creation projects for Private Equity clients. Previously, he was a Research Analyst at Forester Capital and an AVP at Dynasty Financial Partners.
