OceanSound Partners, LP ("OceanSound") today announced the appointment of Peter B. LaMontagne as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Smartronix, LLC ("Smartronix") and Trident Technologies, LLC ("Trident") (collectively, the “Company”). He succeeds John Parris, who co-founded Smartronix in 1995, operated as CEO of Smartronix since 2007 and both companies since December 2019. Mr. Parris will serve as Vice Chairman of the Company going forward.
