Ken is a Partner and Chief Legal Officer at OceanSound. Prior to joining OceanSound in 2026, he was a Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he spent 27 years of his career. Prior to law school, Ken began his career at First Union Bank after having worked as a legislative consultant in the office of a U.S. Congressman in Washington, DC.
